Sourdough (Raw) Pizza Dough

Makes roughly three 11" pizzas.
Baking/Topping Instructions
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Shape the dough into your desired pizza size on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the shaped dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Add your favorite toppings (see suggestions below).
- Slide the parchment paper with the topped pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Topping Suggestions:
- Classic Margherita: Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Pepperoni: Tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
